The Chatillon® DG Series mechanical force gauge is ideal for tensile or compression force measurement applications up to 500 lbf, 250 kgf or 2500 N. This unidirectional force gauge has one end dedicated to tensile tests and the other dedicated to compressive tests. The gauge features a large 2-1/4-inch dial which rotates 360-degrees for taring. A peak hold button is easy to use- it holds the pointer at the peak load. The DG Series has a force measurement accuracy of better than 0.5% full scale and included mechanical overload protection.

The Chatillon® DFE Series is a compact, easy-to-use force gauge designed for economy applications without compromising functionality. Ideal for handheld or test stand applications, the DFE is available with capacities from 2 lbf (1 kgf, 10 N) to 500 lbf (250 kgf, 2500 N). The DFE features an integral loadcell with a measurement accuracy of better than 0.25% full scale. A large, easy-to-read, high resolution dot matrix LCD display supports a variety of standard gauge functions including normal and peak readings, high/low limits, setpoints, pass/fail results, statistical results, loadcell actuation and direction. Loads are displayed in ozf, gf, lbf, kgf and N units. The display can be inverted and displayed results may be “hidden” from the operator. The DFE gauge may be specified with or without RS232 serial communication.

The Chatillon® DFS-R Series supplies accurate load measurement for capacities up to 1000 lbf, 5 kN. Ideal for handheld or test stand applications,measurement accuracy is better than 0.1% full scale. A large, easy-to-read, high resolution dot matrix LCD display supports a variety of standard gauge functions including normal and peak readings, high/low limits, setpoints, pass/fail results, statistical results, load averaging, load comparisons, % and sharp break detection, sensor actuation and direction. Measurements are displayed in ozf, gf, lbf, kgf and N units. The DFS-R gauge comes standard with RS-232 cable, carrying case, battery adapter/charger, and NIST Certificate of Calibration with data. Uncertainty data per ISO/IEC 17025 is supplied standard with sensors.
